We are an independent testing and reporting company that focuses on the AR-15 and related firearms. We comprehensively test firearms and components in our testing facility and with local professional participants to compile as exhaustive a collection of reviews as possible. Our staff consists of recreational and professional shooters, gunsmiths, writers, and retail professionals. Each and every one of our staff has a passion for shooting, hunting, gunsmithing, machining, or the customization of firearms. We strive to release only the most in depth and accurate information available, and to make that information accessible to everyone interested.
Our facility consists of a 2200 Sq. Ft. testing lab and attached manual and CNC machine shop. The location is no longer published due to previous issues. If you are interested in visiting either the lab or shop, contact us with the details of your interest and we will be happy to arrange to meet with you.
In the interest of maintaining transparency as a company, and as a service to the firearms community, we open both our testing laboratory and machine shop to the public during scheduled hours. Access to these services is contingent on demonstrating practical proficiency with and understanding of any and all equipment to be used. All open hours are closely supervised for adherence to legal requirements and for the safety of all members. Memberships are limited based on space available, and are renewed in January of each year. Due to increasing interest in membership, there is currently a waiting list in excess of 24 months.
